MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network, Inc. is solely responsible for selecting members for the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network and for listing financial advisors in the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Directory
The MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network is comprised exclusively of members of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). NAPFA members who appear in the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network Directory have expressed an interest in providing financial advisory services to medical professionals. Membership in NAPFA and payment of an annual participation fee are the criteria for inclusion in the MD Preferred Financial Advisors Network and for listing in the MD Preferred Financial Advisors Directory.
Use of financial advisory services involves risk. Consumers should exercise due diligence in selecting a financial advisor and in acting upon advice received from a financial advisor. Selection of a financial advisor from the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network or the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Directory does not eliminate or mitigate risk.
Consumers accepting, acting upon or using services or advice from a NAPFA financial advisor listed in the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Directory or displaying the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Medallion shall indemnify and hold harmless MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network, Inc. and its corporate affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, NAPFA, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, against all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to Consumers use of the MD Preferred Financial Advisor Network or Directory.
